Say WHY, not just what.

• "Kitchen looks too small for 9"
• "Love the pool but worried about Nani on stairs"
• "Too dark — what'll we do all day in winter?"
• "Yes if pets are allowed, otherwise no"

• "Nice" or "Don't like it" without a reason
